The Coach House is a unique and charming ivy-covered one-bedroom cottage, located in the quiet, historic Annex neighbourhood of Downtown Toronto.
Casually graceful with its French country decor, it is tucked behind an elegant century home overlooking a lush and whimsical garden.
Also available is The Apartment Suite, which is located on the third floor of the main house and has its own private entrance from the back garden.
The Coach House:
Our intimate, one-bedroom Coach House cottage, with its French Country décor, is completely self-contained. The house overlooks a lush and tranquil garden and has its own private terrace.
An open-concept design has an equipped kitchenette, which includes a counter-top, fridge, microwave, small appliances and plenty of dishes and cutlery. For your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board.
The living room offers cable TV/VCR, telephone with voice mail, high-speed Internet connection, desk/table, and built-in antique pine cabinets. There is also a sofa bed to accommodate a third person, and a soft leather armchair to relax in at the end of the day.
Overlooking the living room is a loft with a cozy queen bed with tightly woven Egyptian cotton linens, fluffy duvet and down-filled pillows.
The four-piece bathroom includes a hairdryer, thick luxurious towels and bathrobes.
The Apartment Suite:
The Apartment Suite is located on the third floor of the main house and has its own private entrance from the back garden. Bright morning and afternoon sunlight streams through the many windows enhancing its warm hues.
The open-concept living/dining room has two loveseats, a comfortable armchair, a writing desk with telephone and hi-speed interent connection and a dining table to seat four. Amenities include cable television and a VCR.
Your fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, small appliances, and plenty of dishes and utensils.
The bedroom offers a place of refuge and privacy and includes a sitting area for reading, a queen size bed, soft natural fibre linens, down-filled pillows and duvet.
The four-piece bathroom includes a hairdryer, thick towels and cosy bathrobes.
The Apartment Suite can accommodate a third person on a pull-out bed.

The Coach House is in the centre of the 'Annex' area of Toronto and trendy and fashionable area in the centre of Downtown Toronto. and only one block to both rapid transit subway line stations to whisk you anywhere in the City.
Located just a short walking distance to Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Gardiner Ceramics Museum, the University of Toronto, fashionable Bloor/Yorkville, art galleries, restaurants, bistros and theatres.
A quick subway ride will take you the Toronto Theatre District, CN Tower, Harbourfront, and the stadiums of Toronto Maple Leafs and the Raptors and the Skydome, home of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Deposit Requirements:
50% deposit and credit card number required to secure your deposit.
Cancellations:
Because of our small size, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. Reservation deposits cancelled less than 30 days before reservation arrival date will be refunded only if the room can be re-booked, less a $50 administration fee. We suggest you consider trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans.
Restrictions:
- Smoking outdoors only.
- Our accommodations are not suitable for children.
- We regret that to ensure allergy-free premises we cannot accept pets. |
