Kimbourne Farm is located on the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment in the Beaver Valley, the 100 year old property is 2 hours from downtown Toronto and 20 minutes from Blue Mountain, Collingwood. The Valley sports brillantly coloured foliage in the fall, and is home to thousands of acres of apple orchards.
At the Farm, we offer a large living room area with a real wood-burning fireplace, dining (6-course dinner), exclusive art works, a beautiful pond, a riverside bathing area, and three guest rooms, each with its own bathroom.
ROOMS:
The Pond Room overlooks the property's spring-fed pond; it has a private bathroom and a queen size bed.
The River Room has one of the most spectacular views anywhere in the Valley, with an expanse of windows overlooking the Valley, the Beaver River, and the Old Baldy Rock Face. It has a private bathroom, a queen size bed, and can accomodate more than two people.
The Suite, furnished with mission furniture, has a cathedral ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, lots of windows, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with its own Jacuzzi tub for two people, and a queen size bed.
BREAKFAST:
Breakfast includes baked croissants, baked apple turnovers, fresh fruit salad, freshly pressed orange juice, eggs, thin French-style crêpes with cheese, daily seasonal dishes, cereals, jams, yogurt, coffee ( drip, plunger, latté, cappuccino ), and tea.
THE AREA:
On driving to Kimbourne Farm along our shaded country lane, one has the immediate impression of tranquility. Bounded by the Beaver River and by the top of the Escarpment, the 52-acre estate offers magnificient views everywhere.
From skiing, hiking the Bruce Trail and biking through countryside and fruit orchards to playing golf and sailing on Georgian Bay, the area boasts activities and quiet relaxation spanning all four seasons for your enjoyment.

We are dedicated to providing you with complete comfort and to responding to any requests to take full advantage of the numerous activities in the area. Our haute cuisine comes highly recommended, and is complemented by special attention to service and ambiance.

- Minimum two nights ( Winter weekends, major holidays & events, fall colour weekends );
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- Non smoking;
- Cancellation winter season ( Dec.24th-March 31st ) more than 21 days before arrival date, we will charge $15 plus GST; less than 21 days before arrival, we will charge full room rate for each night, plus GST.
- Cancellation other seasons ( April 1st-Dec 23rd ), same as above, except we will consider 14 days instead of 21 days. |
