A historical house, circa 1850, that has been lovingly restored in
the heart of town in Niagara-on-the-lake.
Simcoe Pines is an up scale four bedroom, three bathroom home
located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake. It features two fireplaces,
high ceilings, hardwood floors, a heated in ground pool, outside
bar, terrace off the Master suite and many other fine amenities.
We invite you to enjoy our home with family and friends. Simcoe
Pines is our personal vacation retreat. When we are not enjoying the
house ourselves we offer it to guests who seek the comforts and
privacy of vacationing in their own home. It is a very spacious
house, full of character and completely equipped with all amenities.
Simcoe Pines is beautifully furnished and evokes a feeling of days
gone by.

Low Season Rates:Nov 1st-March 31st

$350 Canadian dollars per night, min. 2 nights.
Shoulder Season Rates: April 1st-May 18th
Sept 12th-October 31st and holidays
$2400 Canadian dollars per week
$495 Canadian dollars per night, min. 2 nights.
High Season Rates with pool open: May 19th-Sept 11th
$3650 Canadian dollars per week
$625 Canadian dollars per night, min. 3 nights.
Rates apply to 8 guests. A $50CAD charge will apply to each guest
over 8, to a maximum of 10. Due to fire regulations the maximum
allowed at the home at any time is 10.
Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday
depending upon availability.
Please email us for reservation requests or any questions.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa and
Mastercard(in Canadian funds).
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to
arrival date.
No smoking or pets please. |
