We have a fully renovated apartment located on the second floor with a private entrance which will accommodate up to 2 people.
The apartment is centrally located within a 20 minute walk to Parliament Hill.
The Bedroom features a queen size bed. The large living/dining room boasts a fireplace. The Bathroom is a fully tiled 4-piece with new fixtures. The Kitchen is also tiled and is equipped with Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Washer and Dryer. China and pans are also supplied. Included are a large Colour TV with VCR.
Weekly maid service provided.
The bus service nearby will take you in 5 minutes to the Rideau Shopping Centre, Rideau Canal, ByWard Market with its trendy restaurants, the Arts Centre, Museums and Government buildings.
Also nearby is the Cordon Bleu Cooking School, Ottawa University, Department of National Defence. A 15 minute bus ride will take you in the opposite direction to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre. The Rideau River and parkway with bicycle paths is one block away.
A major supermarket (Loblaws) is half a block away which features a coffee shop, drycleaner and photo lab as well as a Fitness Centre.
Skiing is a 15 minute drive into the Gatineau Hills as are Hiking Trails.
There are Golf Courses on both sides of the Ottawa River.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From the 417 take the Vanier Expressway (North) turn left onto Donald St. and right at Marguerite Avenue.
