Nestled just outside the downtown core, on a quiet street, our Victoria, Vancouver Island bed and breakfast is located one block from the ocean, beaches and walking trails, with stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Close to all Victoria attractions, Beacon Hill Park, US ferries and the downtown Inner Harbour.
Enjoy comfortable, romantic accommodations with charming decor and friendly atmosphere. All of our bed and breakfast guest rooms offer king size beds, private baths, some have a jacuzzi, deep soaker tubs and fireplace. If you need to keep in touch, for your convenience we have a free wireless high speed internet access anywhere in the house.
Our heritage bed & breakfast accommodation features unique stained glass windows, fireplaces, wood floors, a period staircase, extensive woodwork and an impressive collection of art.

English Country - Spacious, 400 sq. feet room with King size bed, original fireplace, queen size sofa, deep, private bath with comfortable soaker tub and step-in shower, TV and CD player and original art.
La Dolce Vita - King size bed with Renaissance canopy, soft wool carpet, sitting corner with two period chairs and a side table, private bath with thermo-jetted tub for two and step-in shower, TV and CD player and original art.
Garden Queen - Bright elegant room features King size bed, European bedding, garden view with morning sunlight, private bath with large shower and granite floor, soft floral wallpaper, large windows and lace curtains, comfortable sofa and TV.
Pied-a-Terre - King size bed with down duvet, wood floor and Persian style carpet, comfortable love seat, private bathroom with a shower and heated marble floor, original art, TV and CD player.
Breakfast:
A homemade, delicious breakfast is served by the fire each morning in the spacious dining room or library.

Rates: $100 - $200 per night CDN.
All rates are based on double occupancy (two persons - one bed). When an additional bed is needed please add $15 per night. For each additional person please add $30 per night.
Payment Policies:
Your reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card number from which we take a deposit for the first night plus taxes (50% if longer stay or multi-room booking). You may pay the balance with cash, personal cheque, Visa or Mastercard upon arrival.
Cancellations:
If you must cancel, we ask that you give us a minimum of 14 days notice. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation date, your deposit is forfeited.
? All cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are subject to a $30 processing fee.
The Pied-A-Terre room is available May 1 to September 30 only.
