The Main Level...
The Living Room - Walk into the expansive living room upon shining maple floors. Vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows contribute well to the open concept floor plan. This freshly renovated home is truly a dream! The owner has constructed every detail to perfection - including fir and maple wood highlights - a must see. The modern gas fireplace will warm you on a cool winter night. The furnishings are luxurious, very modern, everything chosen for comfort and pleasure.
The Kitchen - The brand new expansive kitchen is equipped with a cooktop and wall oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks and stainless steel countertops. Skylights above brighten the area and a custom made booth is situated to enjoy the wonderful view while dining.
The Deck - Glass doors lead out from the living room to the private deck. From here you have incredible 180º degree oceanside views. Awaken each day and enjoy your morning coffee with fabulous views of the ocean just steps away. From here you can see the private dock, hot tub, the resident arbutus tree and gardens.
The Lower Level...
Almost as expansive as the main level, this floor would be ideal for guests quarters, another couple sharing, or just for you to enjoy the additional space.
The Den - Shining hardwood floors, comfortable sofa and loveseat, a second gas fireplace, entertainment center with television and stereo and galley style kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead out to the lower deck with hot tub, all in perfect view of the ocean setting.
The Deck - The lower deck is where you can enjoy the hot tub and barbecue area. It leads to a stone and wood walkway down to the private dock. On the other side of the deck is a perfect little stone patio. Set amid the rock gardens and shrubbery - this serene spot is completely private and a pleasure to enjoy.
Master Bedroom - New furnishings include king size bed and dresser. Step down into the private ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. A spacious walk in closet is situated off the ensuite with plenty of room for storage.
Second Bedroom - Complete with a new queen size bed and ample closet space - this room is just steps away from the hot tub.
3 Piece Bath - This well designed room has amazing mosaic tile work in the glassed in shower area. Absolutely beautiful!
Private Dock - With deep water moorage which can accommodate yachts or sailboats up to 50 feet. Float planes can also be accommodated.
