High season C$3850/wk. Mid season C$2800/wk. Low season C$1925/wk. See website for details. Min 2 nights stay. High season C$595/day. Mid season C$425/day. Low season C$295/day. Min stay 2 nights/July & August min 1 week.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer |

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Children allowed. The house is not baby or toddler proofed. Careful supervision is required at all times.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of C$20/hour.
