If you have problems to log in your account, make sure that you have COOKIES enabled in your browser otherwise websites can not "remember" your details and there will not let you in.

Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer
Menu Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab->then set the slider medium to Low.

Enabling Cookies in FireFox:
Menu Tools->Options->Privacy->Cookies tab->Then tick off "Allow sites to set Cookies".
